Brave Reflections: Announcing The Brave Collective 2.0

Feb 03, 2026 3:43 pm

Hello , My fellow brave human

How are you managing in this mad world of ours? Are you sticking your fingers in the air and shouting ‘lalalalala’? Dipping in and out? Or living down one of the many rabbit holes.

What is now in the open has been happening for many, many years while we have all been completely oblivious.

So, light is finally being shed and we’re seeing behind the scenes. And with light comes a good flushing out. Maybe not today, but it will, eventually.

In the meantime we can steady our feet and look at how to deal with the here and now, with one eye on what comes next. And we can help shape that.

Which brings me to the relaunch of…

For £10 per month you can join the community, our bi-monthly online check-ins, have access to community resources, free workshops and to our community app, Band. We will also do face to face get-togethers and co-working days. Walk and Talks will still be open for everyone - we even have an offer of one in Yorkshire later this year…

So, if you are:

  • Leading in uncertain times
  • Seeking to have more impact in the work you do
  • In or approaching a transition (whether that’s your first job, a career change, or stepping towards retirement)
  • Moving from overwhelm and uncertainty towards clarity and intent
  • Want to connect to yourself, each other and the planet
  • Looking to reconnect with your passion, purpose and strengths
  • Wanting a group to think, grasp ideas, explore and play with…

…this is perfect for you.

Over the next few months, members and myself will be hosting a series of workshops (free to members) under the theme of ‘Leading in Uncertain Times’.

And remember that ‘if you know your sh*t, give a sh*t, and want to make a difference’ then you’re a leader. So far, we are a combination of directors, independent consultants, health professionals, public sector, civic sector, with an interest in climate/ environment, health (mental, physical, alternative methods), AI, business transformation, social enterprise, community, mental health, implementation gap.

We are open to anybody of any age, gender, colour, socio-economic background who fits the above criteria.

Our aim is to slowly scale and become the mycelium network that I envisioned months ago. This is a place to explore, play, test ideas, and be supported to take action.

So, this is my invitation to you - you lovely human - to come and join us.

It has been lovely to have been on this journey with you so far, it would be even more lovely to have you on board.

In the meantime, here’s to your brilliance.
