It felt like I was holding all these wires to stop a bomb going off. And then it did

Hello , my fellow pioneer!

Have you ever felt like you’re desperately trying to defuse a ticking bomb that goes off anyway? It is a feeling of fear and then shock. Today, I want to give you a peek into how The Brave Collective is helping one individual navigate her unique journey.

A healing space that looks forward, not back

One of the Collective, a senior leader, has joined with a long-term vision of transforming some land into a healing space. In her past, both her personal and professional journey to leadership have been marked by trauma and stress, leaving her feeling as though they'd been defusing a bomb that ultimately detonated (her words).

Now, alongside her current full-time role, she is using The Brave Collective space to reflect, heal and move forward, reigniting the fire in her belly and finding her true purpose. She wants to explore what and how she can do what she feels is her calling, and in her own timeframe.

Her story is just one example of the diverse paths our members are taking towards answering the fire in the belly and truly taking control of their own future and growth.

The Courage to Connect

Being brave isn't about facing your challenges alone – doing anything alone is a lot harder (not braver), and it doesn’t have to be that way. It's about having the courage to reach out, connect, and grow alongside others.

The Brave Collective is more than just a group; it is a growing movement of individuals committed to reigniting the fire in their belly so they can make a difference in both their lives and the world around them.

Does this resonate with you at all? We have spaces open to join us next month. We meet every other Friday with some additional evening sessions a couple of times a month. Whether you are in between roles, or working full-time - if you have that yearning for more than you are experiencing at the moment, you will know it. Hit reply and let’s have a chat.

Until next time,

Kirsty

ps. If you know anyone else that you think would benefit from The Brave Collective please forward this to them.
