The Crossroads questions reminder

Hello , my fellow brave human
Thank you so much for coming along to the workshop on Wednesday. I hope it helped you think through your crossroads, and what you might do next.
The most important thing is that you remember the anchor of how you feel when you’ve achieved your brave and reached where you have dared to dream of. What you can do if you are the brave you were born to be.
Take these steps and ask yourself these questions:
- What is my crossroads? What is that niggle that you can feel? What is it saying? What is it about the life that you are living now that is making you question it?
- If you knew you couldn’t fail - what would you do?” This doesn’t have to be work related, it could be anything at all. At any point you have a ‘yes, but’ coming up write it down.Don’t think about it - feel it.
- Think ahead to the next 5 years. What does it look like if you don’t follow your dream? What is the cost of not doing it?
- Think to where you are now - and where you want to be. Is your life anywhere near aligned to where you want to be? What do you need to do? What changes do you need to make?
- Think to this time next year when you’re on your new journey. How do you want to feel? What are you doing?
- What is the first brave step to take this week to get there?
Use that anchor and give yourself the permission to dream at least 15 minutes every day, so that you can start to picture what it might look like, and always think about what the next step is. Don’t overwhelm yourself. Just think of what the next one step is.
And as you take those steps, take a note of the ‘yes, buts’ and when you see them in black and white, talk to them. Are they real? Or are they simply your inner critic giving you a bash over the head.
Remember all the brave things you have done before. Once you’ve done them, they’re just things you’ve done. That’s why that first step is so important. So it just becomes something you’ve done.
Get into the habit of being consistent. You owe it to yourself to make the change you need to make.
