Brave Launch: Brilliant & Brave

Aug 12, 2025 8:17 am

Hello , my fellow brave human

Just over a year ago, I had a theory: that brilliant leaders were losing the fire in their belly, not because they weren’t capable, but because they’d forgotten who they were beneath all the roles they play.

A year on, and it’s been an incredible journey and the world is getting more difficult, and it’s proving tougher and tougher to lead in it. There’s still more to do. And so I want to offer more.

Which is why I’ve spent the last few months creating Brilliant & Brave™ ,a six month 1:1 programme for those who are at the pinnacle of their career, even though it doesn’t really feel like it inside.

So, I’m interested if the following resonates with you.

You’re navigating the perfect storm: peak career demands whilst caring for ageing parents, or supporting your teenagers, or managing your own health challenges. On top of leading in uncertainty while everything is creaking and crumbling.

You’re holding it all together while everything shifts beneath your feet.

You can solve everyone else’s problems but can’t see your own way forward.

But what I know is this. The world needs your decades of experience, your wisdom, your humanity—you’re not just valuable, you’re irreplaceable.

But first, you need to remember who you are beneath all the roles you play.

Brilliant & Brave™ is a programme designed specifically for experienced leaders navigating personal overwhelm amongst uncertainty out there.

It’s for the humans who are ready to stop surviving and start thriving, even when—especially when—everything feels uncertain.

Six months to uncover the brilliant you’ve forgotten you are - and find the courage to use it for what matters most for the rest of your left life.

Because you’re not too old, too tired, or too late. You’re exactly what’s needed.

The question isn’t whether you’re capable of more—it’s whether you’ll give yourself permission to be the brave you were born to be and to dream of the possibilities again.

If any of this feels familiar, get in touch and we can have a chat if this is right for you. Or forward to someone who you think might benefit.

Here’s to your brilliance,
