San Francisco is lighting up for the holidays and feeling festive, but the weather can't make up its mind. One day it will be hot and sunny, and the next, winter will arrive... only to leave again the next day.

Can't Get Enough Spooky?

A ton of readers have snapped up my newest offering, The Mist in the Garden. It's a supernatural mystery for older YA kids, maybe 14-17, or younger if they don't scare easily. Some people have been calling it "cozy horror" because there's a lot of humor and nothing gratuitous, but it's really about the mystery, the mood and, of course as you'd expect from one of my books, the characters.
