Before we tackle the BIG question, let’s start with a realisation I had this week.

You don’t always need feedback on the thing you are building. Sometimes, asking for feedback is a trap. Maybe what you want is permission - and that’s got nothing to do with the project and everything to do with you. 

What are we doing here? Prof. Brian Cox thinks it’s the only philosophical question worth asking. But if that feels too overwhelming, it could be worth asking the same question about the next meeting you have or the next time you are standing on the side lines of a game.
