Folks,

For some people, an inbox with 279 emails is the stuff of nightmares; for others, it’s just another item on the to-do list. 

Yesterday it was curating anything to do with “coaching”. Today it is the “rate of force development” and “plyometric exercise’. In case, you are wondering, the topic of tomorrow's email cull is “facilitation”. 

Use it, curate it, or delete it - it’s been lovely. 

I don’t know about you, but I’m done making any big promises for next year. 

What would happen if you let go of the burden of proof and instead focused on creating an environment in which great work can be done? 

What skills do you need to master?

Who do you need to connect with?

Where are you making a difference?
