Did you know ‘age performance” has become a thing? At least, it has on social media! Dr Peter Attia discussed it on the CEO podcast, and it got me curious to know what you folks think. Is  “age performance” something you’d like to learn more about?

Here I was, wrestling with a 3-minute skit for Coach Camp, while my daughter, 20 miles away, was warming up to perform on stage for hundreds.

I finally got it done, got it out the door, and enjoyed the rest of the day with family.
