How are you feeling about Christmas this year? It’s such a magical time, but it can also bring its share of stress. That’s why it’s so important to focus on your wellbeing.

Have you heard of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing? They’re simple, evidence-based actions that can help boost your mood, improve your resilience, and bring more balance to your life. They are:

  1. Connect – Spend quality time with people you care about.
  2. Be Active – Move your body in ways that you enjoy.
  3. Take Notice – Be present and appreciate the small moments.
  4. Keep Learning – Try something new or revisit something you love.
  5. Give – Offer your time, kindness, or support to others.


I recently tried an art class (that ticked off both Keep Learning and Take Notice), and it was amazing how much it lifted my mood and brought a sense of calm.

If you’re looking to bring some of these principles into your life this December, here are some upcoming opportunities to explore:


  • Sound Bath – This Friday at 6:30pm and Thursday 12th December 9.30am A beautiful way to Take Notice of your breath and body and allow the soothing vibrations and reset your mind.


  • Yoga Class – Spaces are available for Thursday's 5:30 PM session. Move your body, Be Active, and breathe deeply.


  • Declutter for a Fresh Start – My free declutter course (if you live, work or have a GP in BANES) begins in January. It’s a perfect way to Keep Learning and create space for what matters most. Thursday 13 January â€“ 17 February 1.15pm - 2.45pm
