The Power of Pilates: 

This week we’re going to try to do some Pilates every single day! Say WHAT!?


Pilates core strengthening exercises are important to help support the spine and when you have a strong and stable core you reduce the risk of injuring the back. 


Pilates leg slides serve as an excellent starting point for enhancing core strength, especially for individuals with a weak core. This routine is particularly beneficial for those who are new to core strengthening exercises.
