How do you self care?

How goes February? Is it treating you right? If not, lemme know and I'll show it who's boss *waves fist*
First things first, have you pre-ordered Jeremy's third book Flirting With Forever? It's out in just over 2.5 weeks and I can't WAIT for y'all to read it!
One of my goals for 2021 is to be nicer to myself. I know the things I should be doing, I just lack the time (ha - isn't that everyone's excuse?) or energy to do any of them. I'm determined to drink more water, I want to exercise more (cause zero isn't good) and I want to sleep better. I also want to set aside some time for doing the things I love to do. Caring for myself.
I want to do more face masks and read books for fun rather than for research, I want to take back up knitting and crocheting and do more of the things that make my heart happy.
What about you? What's your go-to favorite method of self caring? Do you run? Enjoy hour-long bubble baths? Color your hair once a month and paint your nails? What brings you closer to your center?
