Do you want to come to my birthday party?

Howdy y'all,
How goes it? First things first - for those of you who aren't in the know - my books are ALL getting facelifts. Jeremy and AJ's new covers are already live on Amazon and Lisa's will soon follow. I am SO excited about this new look, y'all!
It's February (I feel like we still need some touch points on when and where we are right now) but it's also my favorite month! I loooove February! Okay fine, mostly cause it's my BIRTHDAY month.
My Mom was due on Valentine's day, but instead I decided Galentine's was more my kinda deal. 13 is also my favorite number (do you have a favorite number?) and I think I love it as much as I do because so many people fear the number 13 and are suspicious of it. I love it. Turning 13 on Friday 13th was AWESOME.
Growing up, birthdays were always huge in my house. My parents never had much money, but our birthdays were always epic, no matter how much scrimping and saving they had to do. My friends loved the parties at my house and everyone wanted to be invited. I definitely picked up my obsession with party planning and hostess-ing from my mom, she always made sure our birthday parties were off the hook and went super OTT. As such, I tend to be a Pinterest Party Mom when it comes to my little one... or at least, I was, before, y'know... *gestures in 2020 and 2020 2.0*
This year, however, like the rest of the world, I'm confined to virtual celebrations - if you're not in my reader group over on Facebook, Margaritas, Mischief and Men, you might want to join, 'cause I'm having a bit of a soiree! I have 13 wonderful steamy authors coming in to my group to do giveaways throughout the day. It's going to be SO MUCH FUN!
