IT'S RELEASE DAY!

First things first - to purchase book 2 in the AJ Williams series, Worth Fighting For, click here. I'm recommending folk do Kindle download where possible, Amazon is quoting delivery for books from mid to late May, so if you want your AJ fix sooner, it's probably best to pick up the Kindle copy. For those of you who don't know, you can download the Kindle app to your phone and read books on there if you don't have a Kindle!

Can you believe it's only been a month since my last release? I certainly can't! This Covidcation thing feels like it's already been going on for months! How are you holding up in this time of social distancing and isolation? As I've mentioned before, I'm an extrovert, so all of this time apart from friends while simultaneously being unable to put a little breathing room between myself and my family from time to time, is hard. I've learned through these last FOUR WEEKS of staying at home that I also have my introverted tendencies and just want some space and quiet of my own. I'm definitely on the struggle bus and ready for this to be over.

Anyone else leaning on music pretty heavily right now? I am. But that's not really new for me. It's what I do. For those that don’t know me particularly well, Matt Nathanson is my favorite musician on the entire planet. He’s delicious, he’s funny, gives zero f*cks, swears, and humps his guitar when he performs. He also has great hair and can write a song like a mofo.

Every song he plays in this live stream from last week made me ugly cry when I watched it. ‘Wish’, the first one (around the 8 minute mark) reminded me of my daddy who recently passed away, Bill Murray and Suspended are two of my hardcore faves.

Little known fact: in the original Intimate Strangers manuscript, I had typed out an entire Matt Nathanson song (or three) cause back then I didn’t think about publishing... or copyright. Check him out, fall in love, lose yourself in his music, and then go YouTube his live shows and watch him hump his guitar - there’s even one where he rips his pants.
