WOW! This week has been...interesting.

On Election Day I facetiously posted on facebook "Should be a chill day."

I proceeded to post my Sticker Pic on instagram even though I voted early and logged off from any election coverage - it was not easy.

I wanted to send you a quick email to remind you that we connected away from social media, we met IRL and I want to take an active approach in reminding you to unplug from the weird realities that the algorithms (fancy word for online robots) have created for you and I.

Sometimes we get so caught up in those alternative realities that we forget that there's more to life than capturing a moment for insta or a digital discussion on face.
