Hello ,
I’m very big on my faith and it plays a major role in everything I do. I know my newsletters are usually inspirational and motivational, but this week is more faith-based.
Today’s letter is going to be about us getting inspiration from God. Today, I read a quote in a famous book today and I will like to share it with us.
“I will teach your children and make them successful.” - Isaiah 54:13 CEVUK
I say this to say we are God-taught. Although it is about children, I see it as a personal word for me and all of us.
I have so many ideas and there are many dreams I want to achieve but a lot of times, I don’t know how to go about them. At these times, I go back to God for help and for Him to teach me.
Remember the story of Jacob in the bible, yes, that one story, of how he was able to wisely keep producing the perfect sheep despite the opposition.
I know Jacob got that wisdom from God because he had no training or degree but God still taught him how to rear the the most productive sheep.
Also remember the story of Noah building the ark without ever doing such before or having a degree in it but God giving him all the instructions he needed and it was perfect.
In life, sometimes you have big ideas and you don’t know where to start. I’ll advise that you go back to the all-powerful and all-knowing one… read the quote above again and know that you are the child that will be taught by God.
So, I want to set a challenge for you in August. The 8th month signifies a new beginning.
Let your new beginning be going back to God and gleaning your strength and wisdom from Him.
It is not by your power or strength. It is not by your wisdom or strength, it is by God’s help. So go back to Him and let Him teach you the strategy and idea you need.
Guess what? When you’re taught of the Lord, great shall be your peace.
I wish you enjoy great peace in August.
God bless you.
