Greetings from Mexico City, 

Today is day one of my digital nomad adventure. Sold all my stuff, tossed the rest in a 4x4 storage unit, packed 2 bags, and hit the road.

No car, no monthly payments, no clutter. Just the essentials baby. 

I also re-read Essentialism (maybe one of my all-time FAVORITE books). 

Let’s boogie. 

🚗 Car Lease Market

There’s crazy demand for used cars right now. 

Toyota just cut me a check for $7,800 to buy back my lease. (yes, they paid me to stop paying them…deal!)

So the math worked out that they paid me $1,200 to drive a brand new car for 17 months. 

I know others selling their leases back now too. Great time to take advantage (especially if you happen to become nomadic)!

Just discovered the 6-in-1 tactical pen. (6-in-1? Madness!)

This tactical pen has a little sharp point on the end — just in case the bad guys want smoke. 

Functions as a flashlight, screwdriver, and of course a pen!
