I moved this week. In with the girlfriend. (Wish me luck!)
Which meant deciding what made the cut.
Here's your 3 insights UNDER 3 minutes.
π§Ή The paradox of purge
My book club read The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin this month. I gave it a 7.5/10 (club average: 7.3).

But one idea hit at the perfect time.
Chapter one is about boosting your energy, and one of her fixes is clearing clutter.
The paradox is that fewer clothes in your closet feels like more, because every option left is one you actually like.
Rubin even cites a study suggesting that cutting clutter would reduce the average home's housework by 40 percent.
So I tested out Muse (Meta's new AI agent) and started slanging my stuff on Marketplace.
My couch, which was headed for the curb, sold in the first 48 hours.
Then I scheduled a Salvation Army pickup (they come to you!) for the giant donation pile.
π«΅ Be you
My favorite idea from the book was Rubin's #1 personal commandment: "Be Gretchen."
Then this week Texas coach Steve Sarkisian said the same thing about Arch Manning:
"I want him to be Arch Manning. I don't want him to be Archie, Peyton, Eli, Colt McCoy, or Vince Young."
So not his grandpa, not his uncles, and not even the Texas legends.
Whether you're running an offense or running an office, be you. Everyone else is taken.
πͺ Other people
"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are some one else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
β Oscar Wilde, De Profundis
Who are you being?
Todo bien,
Mitchell
