Celebrating this Monday’s Moon
This Monday newsletter celebrates the Last Quarter in Aquarius, a powerful time for evaluating your social connections, your beliefs and practices, your approach to community. The Last Quarter invites you to compare your reality to the template of your highest aspirations and make the adjustments required to bring your engagement with the world around you into greater alignment with the songs your heart and spirit are singing to you.

Look at the Moon Every Day
I encourage you to look at the Moon every day, when you can. The practice of remembering to try to spot the moon once a day will, over time, ground you within the liturgical spiral of the Moon’s journey around us.
The Last Quarter is a morning time for Moon viewing. The Last Quarter moon rises after midnight, hits Lunar Noon around breakfast time and Moonset is around when the post-lunch sleepies start setting in. This is a week for looking at the moon in the morning as the Sun and Moon dance their way toward their reunion at the New Moon, when they will rise together, in the sign of Taurus.

Whispers from the Deep
Stand at the edge of the ocean, listening to the revolutionary secrets it murmurs to the shore. Let the waters pull you down, tumbling down, a grain of sand, submerged. Eventually, you will dissolve into the mineral solution of collective consciousness, but for now you are a grain of sand in the sea. You are not the water, but the flow moves you. What is the water trying to say through you? Write it.
Read what the water has told you. How do you answer it? What do you surrender and what do you surrender to?
