Goblin book, NSFW ART, and Goblin Games

Hi Strawberry Fans!

I’d like to start by wishing a happy book birthday to Chloe & Ray of Spelunking for a Goblin Husband. This cozy monster romance is mildly spicy and humorous while tackling major issues. I wrote it shortly after I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Syndrome and processing my new normal. Chloe has the same disease but her world has been turned upside-down by an alien invasion.

How did she survive the fallout? She was spelunking in Mammoth Cave as a tour guide! I love visiting Mammoth Caves and the legend of the Cave goblin nestled in the 1000s of miles of unexplored caves under Cave City KY…so I wrote a book that takes place in those tunnels. Meet Sweetheart Ray, Strong Chloe, and the real star of the book – Mr.Meone. (Art by Mira @Miste-luna on IG)

Thank you to everyone who made the release of Clutching Cthulhu’s Pearls last month a success. My first horror novel was a success thanks to you. I’ve loved your feedback and yes, I will make the book into a trilogy. Thomas the Fishman will star in Clutching the Fishman’s Roe (you know I love my puns) which will release next winter, so stay tuned! If you haven’t Clutched Cthulhu’s Pearls and don’t know Thomas, you can catch up with the series here.

Clutching Cthulhu's Pearls is on KU!

Now, let’s get weird. I’ve been invited to write in a hucow anthology, Milk Me. What’s a hucow? It’s a woman who’s genetically engineered or somehow changed so she lactates without pregnancy. The books vary from how cow-like she becomes, but you know I’m going monster. Dr. Erika Swansey is the creator of the hucow serum for the resistance in a futuristic dystopian society. When an inoculation run goes wrong and the authorities are a heartbeat from confiscating a serum dose, she doses herself to save the formula in… ”A Taste of Her Own Medicine.” While this book is more spice than plot, it has all the hallmarks of a Marilyn Barr story that you love – strong female scientist, Consent King falls first, she’s now a monster, and HEA. Congratulations to Mab, Caroline, Marcy, and Charles who won copies of Hooking Captain Teeth last month for providing feedback on my next adventure with the Monster Brides. White Wedding Black Widow is scheduled to release 10/15/2025. I wouldn’t have had the confidence to write a spider-lady space romance without you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
