Hey Strawberry Fans!

    School started today & my little gremlin will write far away from my screen. Writing sprints with your future-author-teen-son sounds great in theory but a nightmare in practice. He’s nosy & too immature for spicy scenes! I’ll be sprinting alone every minute he’s in school, so I can release 7 books in the next 7 months. With the increase in pace let’s hope I keep my bloopers to a minimum…or maybe I hit my quota over the summer.

Blooper 1: When I set up my request for advanced reader copy reviews of Hooking Captain Teeth, I experimented with not requiring reviewers to leave stars on AMZ. Amazon limits the amount of reviews you can give based on the amount of money you spend each month. I felt like that isn’t fair to book reviewers who read ARCs to save money. Getting reviews on Goodreads, & Bookbub is just as good as AMZ, right? The answer is no. Now Captain Teeth is scrambling for stars. See how 42 readers gave stars on Goodreads but only 22 have on AMZ? Please, please, please, if you read Hooking Captain Teeth on Kindle Unlimited or bought the book on Amazon, will you give it a star rating? Words are great, but stars count just as much in the algorithm. I’d love for the AMZ reviews to crest 50, so I qualify for some Amazon advertising. Thank you for your support.
