Hi ,

Marielle didn't expect to find the Colour Analysis session intellectually interesting.

She expected to feel slightly self-conscious and to come away with a list of colours to shop. She expected to find the experience pleasant enough and to file it under nice to have done.

Instead, she found herself leaning forward.

Maybe it felt slightly disorienting to discover that the thing you've been doing intuitively (by feel, and by trial-and-error) has a structural logic you were never shown. That colours you gravitate toward when you felt most yourself were doing something specific. That the ones that never quite worked were failing for a reason.

Marielle left with a palette called "Opulent". Perhaps she turned the word over in her mind on the drive home. Opulent.

I doubt she considers herself as opulent. She probably thinks of herself as efficient and strategic. Someone who builds things carefully and doesn't overclaim. But looking at her colours, their depth, richness, and presence, well maybe she thought.

Yes, actually. This really is me.

Marielle's Personal Style Consultation was next.

This is where she learned essentials that sorted out decades of buying confusion.

Marielle has a V body shape. She has balanced body proportions. She has a strongly "Classic" style personality, clothes that read as serious without trying to shout about it.

Confirming these basic details changed how Marielle would build her wardrobe. It changes where structure needs to live in her garments. It changes which silhouettes honour what she actually has, instead of minimising it or wrestling with it.

She had likely been dressing in conflict with her body for years. Second-guessing.

Our consultation didn't give her rigid rules to follow. It stopped her guessing. It gave her a framework and her ideal range of options.

Marielle understands frameworks, she builds them for her clients. She knows what it costs to operate without one. The inefficiency, the rework, the decisions made on inadequate information that have to be revisited later at greater expense.

She'd actually been running her wardrobe like a business without a strategy.

And she was starting to see the cost of that clearly.
