I don't know about you, but I have been feeling a little overwhelmed this week, prepping for NANOWRIMO. I committed to write 50K words in November before i remembered I will be on vacation for almost two full weeks, not to mention Thanksgiving family visiits.

Sure, I might get a little writing done while sitting on the sands of a North Carolina beach, but it’s not likely when I am surrounded by the women who inspired my Crazy Eights, the heroines of my upcoming series.

Instead, I am busy meal planning and outlining so that I might stand a slight chance of writing 50,000 words of the next Double Dare novel in only 16 days, including weekends. which I usually use for recovery time.

To help me survive, I have already decided no newsletters the Monday before Thanksgiving. Live with it!

Got any good suggestions for how to write faster, or clear the decks better? If you do, email me.. All ideas will be seriously considered, but I need them by November 1^st.
