Welcome to October, a new month and a new year.
A new year? That’s right. The Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashana, was last week. We are now in the very ancient—or modern—5783. It makes me feel young to put my life in the perspective of all that has passed.
Have I mentioned that Autumn is my favorite time of year? It is rich with childhood memories of bike riding, trick or treating, the crackle of dried leaves under my feet and bonfires.
I come to life in a new way this time of year. I get a boost of energy, a new attitude or perspective, perhaps groomed all those years by a back-to-school mentality. Whatever it is, I like it.

With the New Year upon me, I have been working on plans for a different year: 2023.
Specifically, a launch strategy for the All’s Crazy in Love series. Right now, it looks as if I will relaunch Gabriella’s story, Crazy to Wed, in January and roll out the first six books of the series from there. So, get ready for some CRAZIES!!
I am busy writing two more books including Sydney’s tale of woe and joy. And I am introducing Leah, one of four Crazy Eight wannabes in this series. You will love these women. They are New York and New Jersey residents, creating some setting challenges for me, but I love the characters, both working to rebuild their lives after major upheavals. I find many women reevaluate their lives when they hit their thirties, discovering things are not going according to those plans they made when they were eighteen. Did you have to embrace a Plan B? I did.
