When you love an author...

Hey ,

I cannot believe that January is over! How do I manage to get to the end of each month surprised by how fast the time went by, and how little I accomplished versus my list of to-dos? Do you think the list being hundreds of to-dos long might have something to do with it?

I have a friend who has a longer list than I do, and a wise person once pointed out that I might only accomplish one in ten of my tasks, while she accomplished ten of her one hundred tasks, but that’s ninety percent incomplete for us both. The moral, ten items or one hundred, my friend and I are equally stressed.

I am working on stress reducers, really, and friendships play an important role. That’s why I pay them such homage in my books.
