.
Hi ,
Well its not looking like its going to get smoother, easier and naturally joyful for a bit!
Hows your experience?
It can be disconcerting to roll with a lot of change - even at our most adaptable we need a rest for our nervous system and our body.
We are not at the smoothest time in the world's journey. And I'm hearing many are experiencing quite a few bumps with family, friends and community close to home. This has certainly shown up in my life too!
I've doubled down on my meditation practise and moving my body - everyday I make it happen so I have faith and know I can navigate the changes and challenges of the day.
When we are at our most challenged is when we are at the greatest need for our own personal well-being care and often when we dont remember.
So this is it!! Here's your reminder to take good care of you!!
What's your practise? - even 5 minutes to remember to connect inside - or maybe counting 10 deep breaths or maybe a shout/scream to let go of frustration or anxiety.
I think we are being pushed to our limits now so we do remember that a daily practise where we connect with ourself is the way to go to keep our sanity.
So if your experience of this world is getting tough - please settle in and take some time for yourself.
And with our weekly Somatic Stretch® class come and really settle and relax - it truly is inner peace for mind and body. Once you experience this level of relaxation you have a felt experience to come back too:) Register here.
Its easy, just bring yourself in loose fitting clothes and a cushion/pillow/blanket and settle in for an amazing experience of ease.
Delivered by Zoom and our practise is done on the floor.
This can bring you to a whole new level of relaxation and remind you yes there is a inner refuge if we would just visit more often:).
Register here for Thursday's class at 7:30pm edt.
Meanwhile I am grateful for the opportunity to share these simple soulful solutions for inner peace.
May peace be with you.
In gratitude,
Wendy
