Oh no it doesn't stop there! We have a fabulous factory rep, Anita, that communicates all your details direct to the production team at the factory.
And we are constantly in communication to ensure the production of your glass is progressing as it should be.
Yes we've got years invested in these relationships, 15 years to be precise!
This One Glass is an updated Libre tea glass - made by the same factory - now better!! As well we visit the factory every 18-24 most (pre-Covid) - and look forward to our next visit, next year.
