My book in this round features a grumpy snakeman and a sunshine thief heroine who bites off too much with a risky job and hires the monster bodyguard to protect her from revenge. After a bumpy beginning, sparks will fly and bullets will rain, making for a spicy, explosive romance.

Did I mention the snake bodyguard has two dicks? I think it's a requirement at this point. All dragons and lizard creatures must be doubly equipped, right? 😁

Wed to Jack Frost teaser

I already know this one will be over 200 pages long. It's filled with fluffy intimacy, Christmas vibes, and spice, and I just love how cute it is. Both Scarlett and Jack learn to navigate their arranged marriage, with Jack being terrified of using the word "wife" and Scarlett learning to trust him after a lifetime of being disappointed by men. They have these gorgeous cozy moments... Like the one in the teaser below!

Layla's reading and writing

I'm still writing Wed to Jack Frost and having lots of fun. Next on my list is a short story that will be free - spicy Christmas with Harlow, Jack, Caden, and Silas. Definitely not as dark as the original series, but hella spicy and Christmassy. Their HEA is so well-deserved after everything they've been through, I just want to spend more time with them and explore it some more.

In reading, I'm back to my comfort reads, ie. Lily Mayne for now. I've been sick for over two weeks, and Lily just has a knack of helping me escape my coughing, weak, bedridden self for a while. I read Seraph, which was just so good, and now I'm reading Lor, the last book in the series for now. Once I get better, it's back to my TBR because there are so many exciting books in there! (And more Lily Mayne, too).

So that's it from me - back to Scarlett and Jack who are about to face some problems after a glorious wedding night that spans five chapters (yeah, I just couldn't stop). I hope you have a beautiful day and stay well and healthy!
