When would we choose dummy's hand as our "master" hand? What are our losers? What could go wrong?

At first, it looks like we have a good chance at making our slam, but pretty quickly we find ourselves facing a tricky decision. How would you play through this hand and how would you adapt when we gather all the info we learn in the first two tricks?
