Mission Statement:
Kingdom Builders ministry exists to serve homeowners in the greater Oneonta area by providing quality labor to address construction needs that they are unable to accomplish by their own means. Although the practical focus is on construction, the spiritual focus is on building relationships with those served, with the end goal of demonstrating the love of Christ through ministry.

We are 29% funded! Each month God brings us closer to our goal and this week the actual van arrived at the dealership!

Praises:
To encourage means to give support, confidence, and hope. Our God is the great encourager. He takes the weak and makes them strong, he fills the hopeless with hope, he heals the broken and he takes the doubting and gives them truth.
God for his plan for this ministry, continuing to bring people, provide work and supply resources as we need, when we need.
Prayers:
We daily seek God’s encouragement and seek to be an encouragement to those around us.
May our hearts be filled with a longing and passion to seek out the entirety of God’s perfect plan for us.
Being the hands and feet
February 2023
My wife and I have been blessed to be able to "Facetime" with our daughter and son in law in a time of a Bible devotion. This past week we were on the topic of Discipleship and in Mathew we read of Jesus' command to us:
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20 NIV.
I often feel very lax and ineffective when it comes to this part of my walk with God. I expressed this in our "Facetime" session to my daughter and she very quickly rebuked me, if you will, and proceeded to remind me of all that God has put on my plate and in my life and how I surely have been Christ along the way and you never know what seed I may have planted. Well, what an encouragement she was to me that night! She was so right. We never know what light we may shine at any given moment and how our words and actions may have sparked someone into knowing God and His love. And God knows just what we need, doesn’t He? He gave me that night with our daughter to encourage me. What a blessing.
Kingdom Builders was able to pull things together this month and finished another project for someone in need. A single senior citizen needed a new shower to be able to get in and out with comfort and ease. She struggles with mobility issues and was finding it difficult to be able to do the basic need we all have. Showering. Seems like the perfect job for us. We got in, got it finished and she is very happy. She struggled with understanding that she didn't need to pay us. I told her it’s on us. And it’s because of people like you. She was very thankful. My hope is that she saw Christ in me and the ministry and hey…maybe someday will be a disciple of God.
Thank you all for allowing us to be the "hands and feet" for God.
