Mission Statement:
Kingdom Builders ministry exists to serve homeowners in the greater Oneonta area by providing quality labor to address construction needs that they are unable to accomplish by their own means. Although the practical focus is on construction, the spiritual focus is on building relationships with those served, with the end goal of demonstrating the love of Christ through ministry.

Calling his disciples to Him, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.” Mark 12:41-45 NIV
Kingdom Builders is moving in a wonderful way and really starting to grow. With growing comes some pain, more projects, more supplies, and more people to sustain that growth. As a Christ led ministry we rely on prayer, scripture, and the wisdom of other believers.
Here are areas that we need our supporters and volunteers to consider:
1. We need a person to help us apply for grants – knowledge/experience finding and applying for grants. This could be board position or someone who wants to just volunteer help.
2. We need more estimators - skills to evaluate the total work and cost of a project to help the board determine feasibility of the scope of the project.
3. We need more board members with varying experience, skills, and expertise. We would like our board to reflect diversity of disciplines (clergy, legal, construction, administration, communications, local business owners, etc.).
4. We need volunteers to support the work of the projects. Andy is a one-man band right now we need people willing support him. The caveat is we are trying to get insurance to cover our volunteers which will cost several thousand dollars a year. Unfortunately, we still don’t have the resources to cover this insurance.
R. G. LeTourneau (1888 – 1969) was a Christian industrialist who dedicated his life to “being a businessman for God.” He was hugely successful, designing and developing his own line of earth-moving equipment. LeTourneau was the maker of nearly 300 inventions and had hundreds of patents in his lifetime. As he succeeded financially, he increased his giving to the point where he was giving 90% of his income to the Lord’s work.

Praise:
God our provider – that from his riches and glory he has inexhaustible store houses to meet each and every need.
That we are invited to be a part of God’s generosity plan of providing and giving for others.
That we don’t have to do life alone. You have blessed us with a body of believers that we can call our family.
Prayers:
That we grant God the highest place in our hearts, minds and in our lives. May we daily worship Him as Lord and King.
For our lost brothers and sisters – may this Easter season make the resurrection personal to them.
Wherever nations are at war and people are divided, Lord visit and bring true reconciliation.
