Mission Statement:

Kingdom Builders ministry exists to serve homeowners in the greater Oneonta area by providing quality labor to address construction needs that they are unable to accomplish by their own means. Although the practical focus is on construction, the spiritual focus is on building relationships with those served, with the end goal of demonstrating the love of Christ through ministry.

This passage took a hold of me this past month as a brother in Christ came alongside Kingdom Builders. We had an applicant/client in need of a new driveway. She is a single woman living on her own. Her driveway developed many ruts and high spots that she couldn't avoid while driving up the driveway. Each time she would drive up and down the driveway, she was in danger of damaging the underside of her car, which would cause some very expensive repairs. I reached out to a good friend and brother Larry Steven's of Steven's Excavation, and he was on it! He came in with his son Jacob, and they got right to it. They dozed off the high spots dug out some questionable areas and brought in several truckloads of material. All for FREE! He is always very busy, but he took the time to not look out to his own interests but for the interests and concerns of others. And he and Jacob do quality work. Thank you Larry. Praise God.

Kingdom Builders is blessed. We continue to receive applications and have a lot of work ahead of us. We are THANKFUL.

Our Lord for exhibiting an other-person centeredness that we have long marveled at but often fail to emulate.
