Mission Statement:

Kingdom Builders ministry exists to serve homeowners in the greater Oneonta area by providing quality labor to address construction needs that they are unable to accomplish by their own means. Although the practical focus is on construction, the spiritual focus is on building relationships with those served, with the end goal of demonstrating the love of Christ through ministry.

Making a Difference

As summer is coming to an end here in NY I am reminded of the goodness of God in his creation. The unique way God aligns everything in creation and us is just mind blowing. The beauty of the summer colors and warm temperatures transition into the beauty of the fall colors and cooler temperatures. And how this all needs to happen to make creation and us survive is amazing. It's certainly no accident. Just like this flower and how this bee needs it to survive. Gods timing is perfect. And as we turn to Him in faithfulness and obedience we see His perfect timing work in our lives.

I recently finished a project of replacing old broken up exterior basement stairs. The wood enclosure and old dry laid stone work was falling in and very unsafe. So I got it all dug out and a new precast stairs system installed. Then some backfill, grading and seeding and there we have it..New safe entry into the basement.

And the timing was, can I say...perfect on two levels. God aligned this so that it got done before the weather turned cold and secondly in time for me to do something extra special in my life. "What is that?" you ask..well I'll tell you.

I have been blessed to take part in a short term Eurasia mission trip. As you are reading this I am overseas serving the Lord in a construction project with Wycliffe Associates.We are doing some interior work on a dorm/ classroom/ kitchen/ apartment for Iranian and Afghani students. WHAT???? Awesome..RIGHT? I am taking part in steel framing, drywall, drop ceiling and flooring on a structure that was built last year. I am very honored and humbled to be able to be used this way to further God's kingdom. I am away until October 24th. 3 weeks total. Please pray for the divine opportunities that God puts in my path. And for a very productive time while away.

PRAISE AND PRAYERS

Praise:

God, for his perfect timing and divine agenda calling us where

we can make a difference.

That we have the gift, ability and freedom to fellowship.

For the conviction of the Holy Spirit, both in our lives and for our trespasses when we wander off.

Prayers:

For all our lost brothers and sisters, that God would remove them from the evil’s snare so that they may be restored to a right relationship with God.

Andy that he may have divine appointments and make an impact for the Kingdom on this short-term mission.

That we have eyes to see everyone the way God see’s us, as his children.
