Mission Statement:

Kingdom Builders ministry exists to serve homeowners in the greater Oneonta area by providing quality labor to address construction needs that they are unable to accomplish by their own means. Although the practical focus is on construction, the spiritual focus is on building relationships with those served, with the end goal of demonstrating the love of Christ through ministry.

I am thankful

I am thankful that God has given me the talents that I have.

I am thankful that God has blessed me with the opportunities that I have.

I am thankful that God has put very special people in my path to do life with. A family of many. Including you. 

Thank you for your prayers that allowed me to be a part of the recent Eurasia mission trip. The team and I were able to put a huge dent in the work to complete a dorm and classrooms for Bible students. And through it all God connected me with some amazing people. And I am very thankful.

RELATIONSHIPS!  As Jesus began His ministry the first thing He did was gather people. He taught the people how they ought to live to be in relationship with God. Which also brought them in relationship with each other. Doing God's work and forming relationships - that my friends is what Kingdom Builders strives to do as we pull forward. 

We have completed the second and final part of another project. A wall in a young single moms’ home was in need of repair. It was broken up pretty bad and the door was shot. So, after some re-framing, electric, new door and paint…BAM…there we have it. Again, I am thankful. 

Thankful we had the funds to do this because of you and thankful for the relationship I (Kingdom Builders) have formed with this young mom. She is SUPER thankful as well. It’s such a blessing when you can see the heart of people as we do for them and be a part of God's work. 

We continue to receive applications and are pressing forward in being busy for God. Is there anything better? Amen. I am looking forward to the next job and the next relationship in hopes to emulate Christ in all I do.

Ephesians 5:1-2 Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

Praise:

Thank you, God, for the work of your people and thank you that your followers become your hands and feet and mouth in this world.

For His countless blessings and challenges that draw us near to Him.

For another project completed and more applications to review.

Prayers:

Help us to see your greatness in every aspect of our lives. Please help us to look more closely for the depths of your perfection and magnitude. 

For continued health for Andy as we enter this cold/flu season. 

For discernment for the board as we review applicants and make decisions, that we hear and obey God.
