Mission Statement:

Kingdom Builders ministry exists to serve homeowners in the greater Oneonta area by providing quality labor to address construction needs that they are unable to accomplish by their own means. Although the practical focus is on construction, the spiritual focus is on building relationships with those served, with the end goal of demonstrating the love of Christ through ministry.

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10

I just love this. We are God's "handiwork". To think that we are the handiwork of a God that is all knowing, all powerful, all graceful, all loving and everywhere all the time is mind blowing. And humbling. And then we are told we are created in Christ to do good works that God prepared in advance for us to do. I don’t know about you but that's exciting. It's exciting to know God has it all planned and we are waiting for what's next. It like a child waiting for a present on his birthday. And KB is excited in the same way as God continues to bless us

We finished up a challenging project of a roof over a trailer home. It's been a long time coming but the day arrived, and God saw to it that we completed it in a timely manner. The family is very happy. They no longer have to be worried when they are at work, and it snows or rains, whether their roof is collapsing or not. KB is grateful for how God provided for this project. It was one of our larger projects, financially, but nothing is too big for God. Praise Him!

God that he chose us to be holy so that we might belong to him and be devoted to his purposes

God that he has a unique plan for each of us to serve Him in this world

Prayers:

That we remember our good works are an expression of a Christian community and that we cannot walk in the good works God has for us apart from intentional fellowship with other members of Christs body. Eph 4:16

That we tell the story of God’s grace in Ephesian’s to others. And to those that hear, may they allow it to change them and let grace rewrite their story.
