How to AVOID a Pain in the ....

Hi ,
The warm weather is coming, and those summer suntan lines will soon be appearing. Those hard efforts during the winter will be worth it as you cruise along the roads on those long summer days.
BUT (or BUTT) wait a minute. What if your hard work is being hampered by your BUTT?
I don’t mean getting off your BUTT and working hard! I mean the relationship your BUTT has with your SADDLE and the resultant power/speed you are putting out in you rides.
It’s vital that you are sitting on your bike properly! Yes, there are different ways that you will be sitting on your bike as you do in your car, office, dining table or favourite chair watching TV. All these positions place different stress points on your joints and either create GOOD or BAD posture!
Over the next few weeks, I plan to share videos from my bike fit studio sharing tips on how to maximise your posture and positioning on your bike.
