Don’t PUT the Indoor Trainer into Hibernation!

Apr 18, 2021 4:10 pm

Hi ,

As cyclists we all look forward to the longer days, sun beaming in the sky, a great route and of course those classic cycling tan lines.

However, does that mean that you retire the indoor trainer to an annual hibernation period?

I strongly advise you not to! Even if you live in a climate that offers wall to wall sunshine every day (please tell me if you do live in such a place, as a Scotsman I have only heard about these places or seen them in TV documentaries!)

Your indoor training set up is so crucial ALL YEAR round. Of course you want to get outdoors but your trainer offers you so much more than you think in your fitness journey.

Check out this video I created where I share 3 great tips that will allow you use your trainer all year round and continue to make the progress that your hard work deserves.
