What if it were announced that your working week would be reduced by 16 hours and your pay would double!
Sounds great Coach. I’ll vote for you if you run for El Presidente
Don’t worry, I don’t have enough skeletons in my closet to make me exciting enough for politics
HOWEVER, my point is that is you are more than likely treating your training like this proposal.
Not structuring your time and losing it to other demands in your life and then going harder in the sessions you do have as you think you need TO GET RESULTS.
It is a common error and ONE that is costing you!
If I said to you that if you increase your present training by 3-5 hours a week you could double your results, you will probably tell me that it was impossible to find the time?
What if I told you that this time MUST be zone 1-2 spinning? Easy training to get easy results? So turn up at work and watch your favourite shows on the TV and the boss will PAY you!
It’s true and not ‘fake news’ BUT do you have the structure, mindset, motivation and EGO to go slow.
