September brings more than the old coaches birthday! It starts to create that transitional period from mainly outdoor riding to some increased levels of indoor riding.

For most that is…There will still be folks riding in the snow, I am sure. Good luck!

The new online Kinetic Cycle Club will launch on Monday 13th September!

Indoor LIVE (and recorded) workouts delivered by Coach. We will cover all types of workouts including cadence/skill work to blistering VO2 max work.

All sessions will be streamed to you form Coach Scott’s sweat box studio. Workouts will vary their LIVE time so that everyone will have the opportunity to get sweaty with the coach!

There will also be private club chat where we talk all things cycling and fitness.
