Hi!
Despite my best efforts, I didn't have time to write. Well, not until today. Once I finish updating you on my failed attempts, I'm going to get a go at writing chapter 17 of Chosen Mate. Wish me luck because there will be a lot of shifting and growling involved.
Also, my dumb self, sent a promo last Sunday for a book fair that was no longer active. Apparently, I didn't realize that the promo ended on Saturday, which is an odd day to end a promo since a lot of people are home on Sundays and have nothing more to do than open their emails or mindlessly scroll on their Social Media... Speaking from experience. hahaha
I apologize and I'm going to try not to mess up today.
Now, why have I not had time lately to write? It's almost Easter, so I had to work extra time so I could afford to give my godson is "money" present.
It's tradition. Not that I'm not giving presents to that kid most months, but on Easter, godparents have to go the extra mile.
In the North, we give money or clothes. Since this kid has more clothes than he needs, I'm going to stick with the money. Plus, I have my niece (his sister), who also gets a present. I'm not her godmother but since one of her godparents couldn't care less, I always make the point of giving the moody teen (my new pet name for her) the Kindle Easter Chocolate Egg and some money. This time, I bought her a purse. She has a christening to attend next month so a nice purse will complement whatever she's deciding to wear.
As for the youngest, I also have an easter egg for him. He didn't use to like chocolate... things have changed.
But I'll talk about Easter more in my next email.
Today, I'm just tired, but I truly want to write and update my cute werewolf story that is bringing a smile to my face. I love healthy love relationships and these two adorable characters are keeping me sane.
Check the book recommendations, there is some hot stuff here, and I can assure you that today's group promos are working. I tested them. ;)
