Hi!
I hope all is well with you.
It's been rainy and cold in my country which makes me feel like it's always time for a nap. But I've been working super hard too so I don't have a lot of time to rest.
Even so, I managed to get some free time yesterday and finished a new chapter for Chosen Mate. It's now available on Inkitt. So I'm feeling more relaxed because I wrote and updated my ongoing story.
Meanwhile, yesterday was Woman's Day and I went out with some of my old high school friends. I don't go out much so this was cool and a great way to unstress. We chose a small restaurant with traditional dishes, mainly our Francesinha which is something that it's well-known in the north. Despite the name (Little French woman), we don't eat French people. It's basically a sandwich with a lot of stuff and a very heavy gravy and spicy sauce plus French fries. It's something great to eat from time to time. At least for me since I'm diabetic and can't really eat too much red meat, salty, and savory foods.
From time to time is okay, since I'm on meds and my sugar levels and cholesterol are controlled.
I hoped to have more news about my progress in writing, but work is consuming much of my time. And did I mention it has been cold lately? Rainy days are great to... sleep. :D So it makes me feel very sluggy when I get home and just want to cuddle and get cozy under the blankets.
Lots of love,
Anna
