Today is Chapter H which stands for HOOK THE OFFER — the pillar that teaches you how to introduce your book or product to the world before it even exists, in a way that makes the right person lean forward and say: tell me more.

Most people handle this moment badly.

They explain too much.

List every feature.

Make the case so comprehensively that they turn a hook into a lecture.

Today you learn the three-part formula that does the opposite.

The person. The problem. The transformation.

In the right order. With the right words. Keeping it short enough that curiosity does the work.

Exercise one asks you to write three versions of your hook today. Then exercise two asks you to test them on real people. Not in theory. In practice.
