I want to show you something.

The screenshot I have attached below is a journal entry I made on 16th April 2025.

Can you see the title? "Trying to resign + Amazon Class product funnel (1st product)"

And the scripture I anchored it on? 2 Timothy 1:7. "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

I had been in the UK for just about a year. I was spending from my business in Nigeria so didn't get any full time job in the UK. I just did contract works as a researcher and with universities throughout my time as a student.

People who loved me then began telling me I needed a stable job. Healthcare. Support work. Something safe. Something sensible.

And because I genuinely wanted to honour that, I took the support worker role, BUT...

I made myself a private promise: I WOULD WORK THERE FOR ONLY SIX months. That's it. Whether or not I had another plan, I was not staying beyond six months.

Not because it was a bad job. It truly wasn't.

But because deep was calling unto deep, and I knew that if I stayed, I would be choosing survival over calling. And I have never been one to choose survival.

So when the six months came, I battled. I prayed.

I asked God to give me another job first before I resigned, I spent so much time applying for roles and going to interviews. But every single time I went back to God in prayer, He kept bringing me back to the promise I had made. No new job. No safety net. Just the promise.

So on 16th April 2025, I dropped my resignation.

I didn't tell anyone except my husband. Because I already knew what people would say.

My husband, bless him, had been the one quietly asking me why I was even afraid.

He'd remind me I had done this twice before in Nigeria. Turned down jobs when everyone was job-hunting, and won.

He'd say, "Even if you fail, what will you lose? Go figure out what you're supposed to be doing."

I mean. Where do you even find such a man?

But here's what I want you to understand. This email is not really about resigning from a job.

I am not here to tell you to quit anything. Everybody's path in life can never be the same.

What I am here to tell you is this:

If there is a move that God has been putting in your heart.

But you have been waiting for it to feel safer, more logical, more approved by the people around you. You have been waiting for the conditions to line up. But he keeps bringing you back to the same instruction.

That is the move I am talking about.

Because the moment I took that step and resigned, things I had not even asked for started to happen.

I wasn't looking for another job but I received my dream job role without even trying.

One email.

That was all it took and I started working for the biggest orgainisation for youths in the UK as a Youth Development Lead (This one is a full testimony of its own on hearing signals and acting)

And my business?

By 16th May, exactly one month after I resigned, the Amazon class product I had started building in April had brought in over 475% return on investment.

Not because I posted on Instagram and hoped... Nahhh! I don't such!

I got such results because I built a system....

I ran ads.

I created a funnel.

I activated what I already knew how to do. The same thing that had made me over 100million in Nigeria.

, faith and strategy are not opposites.

They never have been.

So if there is anything you've been delaying on because of fear, I hope this encourages you to trust God, sit down and clearly make a plan with the strategy he gives you.

My own strategy was to start my digital business and run ads immediately.

I started with a Faith that I would not be left stranded and strategy to launch with a £20 ad budget which I spread out at £7 per day.

And God took over from there.

One year later, I am sitting with this journal entry open on my phone and I am in awe of what obedience cost me and what it gave me back.

Then take the move.
