As also discussed in recent community conversations many of you already reached out to help distribute the print version - we are working on the details but it will entail sending a donation to cover cost of printing and postage and a minimum order of 50 copies (first edition is limited as it has already been printed). Future recommended will be 100 copies. Thanks everyone for your interest and support!
