1. HSBC & First Direct: New switching bonuses
The HSBC £150 offer has returned and the First Direct deal is increased to £130. Both are worth looking at - but importantly the eligibility date for anyone who's had the offer before is now January 2019. So it might be you can get it again. More here.

You can book for stays until early March in the Travelodge sale and get 50% off the cheapest night (minimum stay 2 nights). Here's more.
5. Craft Beer: £3 off four Goose Island cans
Another cashback deal, this one for four cans of Goose Island Hazy IPA at Morrisons or Asda. More here.
6. Supermarkets: Festive bargains
Shelves are already getting cleared out of things like chocolate boxes, mince pies and nuts in festival packaging, but it's worth sticking your head in your local supermarket to see what you can nab.
