WEEKLY LIVE Q&A:

If you want to ask me questions about the content in today's newsletter I'll be live on Instagram and on my YouTube channel this evening at 6pm - that's Thursday 29th April.

THIS WEEK'S DEALS
I only share deals and special offers on the blog which I think are really good value. Click the titles or links for more information.
I've also set up an extra Instagram account dedicated to the flash sales, deals and short-lived offers I spot throughout the week. Do follow me there so you don't miss out on offers that are already finished by the time this email goes out on a Thursday.
1. American Express: Boosted referral bonuses
Until 12th May you can get a little extra if you are referred by a friend to Amex credit cards.
The pick is the Preferred Rewards Gold Card where the bonus is an extra 12,000 points. This converts to £60 as a gift card, or if you switch them to Nectar points (via Avios) a massive £96.
And that's on top of the 20,000 bonus when you spend £3,000 in three months. Convert those to Nectar too and you could be up £280!
This is only for those who haven't had an Amex in their name in two years. Here's more on the offers.
2. Halifax: £100 switch bonus ends Tuesday
Your last chance to get the £100 offer from Halifax. You can also get £5 a month with the Reward account. More details on this and other switching offers here.
3. Rakuten: Free movie rental
Take out a 7-day trial of streaming service Starzplay via Rakuten and you'll get 500 points (worth £5) to spend on a movie rental or to go towards a purchase.
4. CHIP: £10 bonus and 1.25% interest
The bonus £10 offer ends Friday so it's your last chance to grab it. Here's more on the offer and the account.
5. Wine: 25% off at Tesco and Sainsbury's
Buy more than six bottles of wine at these supermarkets this weekend and you'll get a 25% discount. You can stack the offer on top of other promotions too!
6. Yankee Bundles: Clearance Easter choc
You can pick up cheap Oreo and Galaxy mini eggs, as well as small Lindt bunnies at clearance prices.
7. Amazon: £7 off £25 spend ends
This offer for some Prime members ends Friday. You need to upload a photo to the Amazon Photos app. Here's how to find out if you are eligible.
(A quick reminder that just because you can get this voucher, only use it if there's something you want to buy - not just because you've got the discount).
