Your weekly money saving deals and news from money expert Andy Webb

How to crack Black Friday
There are usually two schools of thought on Black Friday. Some see it as the best chance to snap up bargains. Others view it as more marketing than real offers.
I'm somewhere in the middle. I think you can get low prices, sometimes the lowest ever prices.
But it's also very easy to get caught up in the hype and spend money on things you don't need or can't afford.
So this week's newsletter is designed to help you work out when it's worth buying, and when it's not!
Here's everything you need:
My Black Friday ultimate deals page
As I do every year I've compiled a huge list of which stores are taking part in Black Friday sales and my pick of the best offers.
It's already got hundreds of offers on everything from fashion to beauty to tech, but more will be added tomorrow and across the weekend. So keep an eye on this page so you don't miss out.
I'll also be adding analysis and more over on my Clever Cash Deals Instagram account.
VIDEO: Black Friday - good or bad?
Over on my YouTube channel I've a short video looking whether the savings are really any good over Black Friday.
BLOG: Finding the best deal
These articles from the Be Clever With Your Cash archives can help you sniff out the savings.
PODCAST: Cash Chats #151: The best ways to pay
Do you always use cards, or do you prefer cash? Are you likely to use services like Klarna or PayPal? What about gift cards and smartphones?
I’ve taken a look at the pros and cons of the different ways you can pay to help you choose the best option.
You can listen via all the normal podcasting routes or over on the blog.
COMPETITION: Win a one-hour video chat with me
To celebrate 200,000 all-time downloads of the podcast (thank you!) I'm running a competition to win a one-hour video or phone call with me to go through your money questions!
This literally is a prize money cannot buy! All the details on how to enter can be found here.

The top deals this week
I only share deals and special offers on the blog which I think are really good value. Click the titles or links for more information.
I've also set up an extra Instagram account dedicated to the deals and offers I spot throughout the week. Do follow me there so you don't miss out on offers that are already finished by the time this email goes out on a Thursday.
The focus this week is on the Black Friday deals listed above, but here are a few others:
1. Make £32 in cashback site new member bonuses
If you've not used either Quidco or TopCashback then it's worth nabbing a new member bonus. Get both and it's a free £32! These are actually the best deals out there and exclusive to Be Clever With Your Cash.
With Quidco it's £17 when you spend £10 (since you're signed up to this newsletter you've already had this!).
For TopCashback it's £15 extra when you spend £15. This is due to end on Monday (though I'm trying to get it extended).
2. £50 Metro bank switch
All the big money bank switch offers have closed, so if you want cash for opening an account you've got two options. Either £50 from Metro Bank or £30 from TSB. If you're happy with a freebie then Virgin Money is offering £180 worth of wine.
3. The best cash savings
It wasn't just NS&I which dropped last week. The top regular savers at HSBC and First Direct also fell, and Marcus has cut rates again. Here's my latest update on the best rates right now.
4. LAST CHANCE: 10% Iceland boost
Until the 29th November you can get a double bonus from Iceland's savings card. You'll get £2 for every £20 you add rather than the usual £1.
