My top articles this week
1. The only Black Friday guide you need
I've had so many emails about Black Friday it's almost impossible to keep track. I say almost as once again I've gone through hundreds of emails and browsed hundreds of online and high street shops. All so you don't have to!
I've compiled all this info into a huge list of brands and retailers taking part in Black Friday sales with a rough idea of what's going on. So if you want to see at a glance who is doing what, this should be your first stop.
The list is broken down into 10 categories too, so you can quickly check out sections like women's fashion or food and drink or flights and holidays.
There's also my pick of the top offers across all the shops, such as a £22 Echo Dot with six months free Spotify at Currys, or 20% off Diptyque candles at John Lewis. For more of my top picks, scroll down to this week's deals of the week.
I'm constantly adding to the list, and though most shops have already announced their plans, some will join in on Friday. Then others will add extra deals and discounts to their existing promotions. So I'll be updating my list throughout Friday.

I'll also be analysing some of the headline offers over on my Instagram account, so head over to see if I think something is a Deal or a Dud. If there's anything you want me to take a look at, just reply to this email and I'll see if I think it's any good.
If you want to check this for yourself then I've written a fair bit over the years about the things you can do to make sure you are getting a good deal in the sales. Take a look again at these from the last month or so to refresh your memory.

2. Amazon Lightning Deals hacks and tips
A lot of the deals on Amazon are known as "Lightning Deals". They have limited stock for a limited time - and the best ones don't last long. So in this new guide for you I've shared a few tricks to help you nab these short lived deals before they're gone.
3. Never owned a home? Last chance to get a Help to Buy ISA
The very last call for this one! If you, or anyone in your home over the age of 16 (yes so this includes your kids!) hasn't ever owned a home this is the final call to open up a Help to Buy ISA. With it they could potentially get £3,000 in free cash towards their first house. It closes for good on Saturday 30th November.

Episode #101 – Black Friday Reality Check
This week on my Cash Chats podcast I've had a look at whether the Black Friday is all marketing or whether you can save cash. Plus a warning over "buy now, pay later" services like Klarna.
it's also not too late to win one of four £25 John Lewis vouchers. You can listen to this week's episode on the blog here: Cash Chats #101

My pick of the Black Friday deals
I only share deals and special offers on the blog which I think are really good value. Click the red titles or blue links for more information.
Plus, it's worth following me on Instagram where I post any extra deals which come too late for the newsletter.
1. Extra Quidco cashback
If you can earn £60 in cashback via Quidco by the 9th December you'll get a £15 bonus. That might seem a lot of cashback to make, but it's much easier if you are taking advantage of Black Friday deals on broadband or mobile phone contracts which can pay well over £100! Plus the free £50 from opening a TSB account is eligible. Don't forget to sign up for a £17 bonus if you're a new user.
2. 60% off a year of NOW TV entertainment and films
A year of Now TV Entertainment and Cinema deals for both new and existing customersis just £99, saving 61%. That's £8.25 a month.
3. The only Dyson Hairdryer discount
If you're after a Dyson Hairdryer, the best place to buy it is at Boots. You'll get £42 back in Advantage points on the £299 spend.
4. Extra Amazon discounts for some users
This could be selected accounts only, but if you shop on Black Friday itself via the Amazon app you'll get some money back - depending on how much you spend. So it's £5 back if you spend £50 and so on.
You can also get a £30 Amazon voucher if you get an Amazon Platinum credit card. Prime members will then get 1.5% back if they use to spend on Amazon.
I expect there will be more deals like this on Friday so check back for more details.
5. Echo Dot and Spotify deal stack
If you're after an Amazon Echo Dot you can pick one up for a bargain £22 at Amazon, Currys, John Lewis and... well pretty much everywhere. But if you get this or others in the Echo range from Currys you'll also get six months free Spotify Premium, worth £60, if you're a new Spotify customer.
6. 20% off gift card at Amazon, Tesco, John Lewis or more
Anyone with a Monese account can get a £50 gift card for £35 to spend at Tesco, Amazon, John Lewis and more. If you don't have the bank account you can actually get a free fiver for signing up and using the debit card. It's while stocks last. More here.
7. 20% off Diptyque candles
Here's a good example of how I shop on Black Friday, Diptyque candles are full price in most places, but you can save 20% with a code at Selfridges, and then that deal is price matched at John Lewis & Partners.
8. Great Three 8GB SIM deal
If you're looking for a new mobile deal then you can get 8GB of data and unlimited calls/texts from Three for a bargain £8 a month. The deal seems to only be available via cashback sites Quidco and TopCashback - but you'll get an extra £40 back on top, making it around £4.50 a month.
9. Nigel Slater Christmas cookbook at £12
Nigel Slater's excellent book The Christmas Chronicles is down to £12 on Amazon, the lowest since the new year.
10. Go for "flat rate" discounts
I think some of the best offers are the ones where you get a set percentage off everything in store. You get these a lot with fashion retailers. There's 50% off at Gap, 20% off at Selfridges, 30% off at Ted Baker and so many more which you can check out here.
11. Look for advent discounts
If you are after an advent calendar there could be huge discounts as shops try to clear them before the 1st December. That goes for chocolate ones and posh ones such as this beauty one at John Lewis with 30% off.
