Hi ,

Good morning, or afternoon, wherever you may be...

Looking back at the week, I see a pattern. Many meetings and virtual get-togethers in which I participated revolved around health and wellness. Weekly meetings for the intermittent fasting groups I co-host always focus on food and living a healthy life.

I also had two meetings with people from young start-ups, both in the healthy lifestyle niche. Vastly different, and both with exciting opportunities and big visions. Each meeting gave me an adrenalin rush and I'd be delighted to work with either or both to help them build visibility and their communities.

1) Starting with beauty... Step Inside Architect Frank Gehry's Santa Monica Dream House. A dear friend of mine lives around the corner from this exquisite home. When we run or hike together, we often go by the house and we watched it getting built for a couple of years. It's stunning from the outside and this article gives a peek at the inside of the world-renowned architect's home.

3) Emails increase carbon emissions: These 10 are unnecessary. I'm guilty of sending a few of these. How about you?

4) My colleague Sue Painter is offering an essential workshop for business owners: Declutter Your Business for the New Year. I attended her first Declutter workshop in September and it spurred me on to get rid of costly business software and change to leaner, less expensive alternatives, saving me $250 a month. I'll be attending again and hope to see you there, too!
