It's been a whole month again and we believe you have made the most of this wonderful month, congratulations on coming to the end of October. Just for you, we have compiled a highlight of events and activities of the KNOSK N100-a-day Charity Secondary School for this month.. 

FULL EXPRESSION HEALTH CHECK

We started our October with the right amount of health awareness, The Full Expression team from The Summit Bible Church on October 3, sensitized the KNOSK students, staff, and Parents on having good health.

They also offered free BMI and vital check-ups for the parents and in support of our work and the children at the KNOSK N100-a-day Charity Secondary School they made a generous donation of N500,000.

KNOSK AND GREEN ENERGY

This October our worries were reduced to bits as Sustainability Hub an organization that is collaborating with the KNOSK N100-a-day Charity Secondary School to help us become more resource-efficient and sustainable donated to us a 3.5Kva solar-powered system. 

Our now-installed solar-powered system has not only helped reduce carbon emissions from our operations but also reduced the cost of light bills and fuels from running generators.

THE 4TH KNOSK STUDENT EXECUTIVE 

In our journey to raising generations of children who are exceptionally prepared for success, it becomes necessary for us as a school to mark every milestone they make on their way there.

On Friday 30th September the student election of the KNOSK N100-a-day Charity Secondary School was held, this marked the election of 12 student leaders into twelve different positions

For some of them, this is an opportunity to build confidence and for some, it is an opportunity to do a lot better than their previous year in leadership. However, we hope that this opportunity enables them to build teamwork, take initiative and responsibility and serve as inspiring models to their peers. On October 5th we took to our social media handles to celebrate the beautiful people who have passionately dedicated their time and experience to teach and train our students according to the vision of the KNOSK N100 a day Charity Secondary School.  

The teachers of the KNOSK school remain valuable pillars of our vision and mission.

KNOSK CELEBRATES THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE GIRL CHILD

As the world marked the international day of the girl child on October 11th our students joined students of other schools at Girls Ask Townhall in commemoration of this year's International day of the girl child with the theme "Our Time is Now: Our Rights, Our Future" which was hosted by She Forum Africa in partnership with The Helpline Foundation for the Needy, The Embassy of Finland, Abuja and The Southern Africa Embrace Foundation. 

They presented a wonderful drama to educate their peers and guests of the event present on the power of education and the rights of the girl child. Indeed their time is now.

The KNOSK N100/25cents A-Day Charity School Kuje wants to name its classrooms after persons of great value and great impact!

Large-size pictures of these selected Icons will be placed in different KNOSK Classrooms. We would like our students to see persons of value and impact every day they come to the class. So help us to nominate by following these simple steps in just about a bit.

KNOSK TEACHER MAKES IT TO TEACHERS NAIJA REALITY TV SHOW

Last month we gathered support for one of our beloved teacher and staff, Apotieri Babatunde Ayansola to get into the teachers naija reality tv show.
