New this weekend- Yoga for Vertigo!


This gentle session is designed to activate and calm the parasympathetic nervous system. This short practice could be beneficial for those who are recovering from injury, TBI (traumatic brain injury), or those who are working with glaucoma.


Begin this relaxing practice by improving blood circulation and balancing the hemispheres of the brain with breath work, or pranayama.
